Research & Validation
Decide what to build, and what to charge for it.
Kano, MaxDiff, Conjoint and Van Westendorp studies with their own runner and their own results. These are the methods that answer what people will trade off and what they will pay — questions a prioritisation meeting cannot settle and a funnel cannot see.

Kano
Which features earn genuine goodwill, which are simply expected, and which nobody will notice you shipped.
MaxDiff and Conjoint
What people actually give up when they cannot have everything, and which package and price they would really choose.
Van Westendorp
The price range where a product reads as neither suspiciously cheap nor out of the question.
What Market Research does
Real methods, not a poll
Each study type has its own runner and its own analysis, so the output is the method's actual result rather than a bar chart of votes.
- Kano categorisation of features into must-be, performance and delighter
- MaxDiff trade-off scores across a feature set
- Conjoint and Van Westendorp for packaging and price
Run it on people who matter
A study is only as good as who answered it.
- Send to your own users, your list or a panel
- Shareable participant link with nothing to install
- Combine with in-product surveys to reach people mid-use
Results you can defend
The kind of output that survives being questioned in a roadmap review.
- Per-method results rather than a generic response table
- Segment the result to check it holds for the audience you care about
- Export the finding into the brief that needs it
Better with the rest of it
Every module reads the same identity, events and sessions, so an investigation that starts here does not have to be rebuilt to continue somewhere else.
Frequently asked questions
Is this A/B testing?
No, and the distinction matters. This is structured research run against participants who answer questions — Kano, MaxDiff, Conjoint, Van Westendorp. It is not feature flagging or split testing against live traffic, and there is no rollout mechanism attached to it.
How many participants does a study need?
It depends on the method and how many items you are testing — MaxDiff and Conjoint need more respondents than Kano for the same confidence. The runner is method-aware, so the design constraints are part of setting the study up.
Can I use my own users rather than a panel?
Yes, and usually you should. Studies run from a shareable link, so your own list is the easiest audience to reach. If you need people outside it, recruitment is a separate product.
